House JFK – Mabvazuva, Ruwa is conceived as a contemporary private residence designed to balance functional family living with refined architectural expression. The project responds to the need for a comfortable and well-articulated home environment that integrates privacy, natural lighting, and spatial efficiency.

Located within the growing residential suburb of Mabvazuva, the house establishes a strong yet welcoming presence through carefully composed volumes and defined façade articulation. The design emphasises clarity of form while maintaining warmth and livability.

Design Inspiration

The architectural concept draws inspiration from modern residential design principles that prioritise clean lines, layered volumes, and balanced proportions. The façade composition introduces depth through subtle material contrasts and carefully positioned openings.
