Positioned within the established Borrowdale commercial landscape, the development strengthens the area’s identity as a premium retail and lifestyle hub.

Design Inspiration

The architectural expression draws inspiration from modern lifestyle retail environments that prioritise openness, visibility, and aesthetic refinement. Clean horizontal lines are complemented by vertical façade elements that introduce rhythm and proportion to the building mass.

Extensive glazing enhances product visibility and natural lighting, while controlled shading elements provide environmental comfort. The façade composition balances transparency with solid structural framing, reinforcing both accessibility and architectural strength.
